@tehchives I'm adding a subdomain for this while we get the full site migrated. It'll be a redirect target for a shortlink redirect in my comment. Would you please help set up the config like we did with the DAO docs site?

Hey John, sorry for delay! I've got that subdomain set up. Thank you for doing this! I didn't add the trailing period in the value because I thought it might be a typo, ready for testing otherwise. |

This scaffolds the existing WhyDRS documentation into a simple interim web host. The goal is to get the documentation hosted and navigable with minimal infrastructure while retaining the current filenames, directory structure, and document contents.
The Nginx directory listing provides a document browser. Markdown opens as plain text and PDFs use the browser鈥檚 PDF viewer. No frontend framework, site generator, or content reorganization is introduced.
Some existing links, URLs, and Markdown anchors are expected to break during this interim stage. This is knowingly acceptable. Compatibility redirects and preservation of old URLs are outside the scope of this PR and do not block this hosting step.

Local preview:
Open the local document browser. Stop with
docker compose down. Rebuild after changing documents because the image contains a build-time copy.Validation: Docker Compose configuration validation, a successful image build and container startup, and
nginx -t. HTTP checks confirmed every one of the eight repository documents appears in the listing and is served with the appropriate content type and byte-for-byte identical contents. Hosting configuration returns 404, dotfile requests return 403, and missing documents return 404.git diff --checkpassed.
