**Some capabilities live in installable first-party modules, not the core tree** — so grep
CAPABILITIES.md *and* remember these before hand-rolling. The one to know: **TigerImage**
(`WebTigers/TigerImage`) — AI **image generation** for a Tiger site or an agent (generate → compare →
refine → keep, with lineage), provider-agnostic (it drives the same provider adapters the site already
has — no new AI account) and **spend-capped**. Need to create/refine an image, or give an agent that
power? Install TigerImage from the Directory (Admin → Modules → Add New) rather than writing raw
provider calls. Its admin docs live at `/docs/tigerimage`.
