What a fresh Tiger install is offered out of the gate — one public JSON file, read live by every installer front-end (TigerWHM's Install flyout today; Softaculous and the web installer as they adopt it).

Change catalog.json on main and every new install, on every host, sees it within the hour. No host updates a plugin. That is the point of it being its own repo: one file, one job, one URL.

What is in it

featured.modules	the modules pre-ticked (Directory slugs)
skill_packs[]	groups of Agent Skills installed as a set — a person picks "Web design", not fifteen skills
intro	the copy the installer page shows: a hero (title, text, link_label, link_url) and 1–4 cards (kicker, title, text, link_label, link_url). Plain text, https:// links. Edit here, every host's page follows.

The theme and module lists themselves come from the Directory (WebTigers/TigerVendors data/index.json): listing a module there makes it offerable; this file only decides what is pre-selected.

Each skill is a folder holding a SKILL.md (the portable Agent Skills format) in any public GitHub repo — repo is owner/name, path the folder, ref the branch or tag (default main). default: true packs are pre-ticked. Installers dedupe across packs.

Editing it

Open a PR. CI validates the shape and fetches every SKILL.md the file points at — a moved folder or a typo in a repo name fails the check rather than failing someone's install. Merge to main and it is live.

A host can override the pre-selections for their own server (TigerWHM → Host defaults); this file is the platform-wide baseline.
