@danbugs replied by email that he would like to step down as an HTTP champion as well, so I added a commit removing his name as well. Probably ready to merge when the WASI co-chairs get a chance. |

This PR updates the WASI HTTP champions to replace myself, @Mossaka and @devigned with @pchickey, @lann and @sw17ch, as voted in by the SG in WASI-09-03. cc @danbugs as an HTTP champion before and after this change.
