Add Way to Store Base Image/Test Run Screenshot In Temporary Directory #1

I want to create a visual diff tool, but the base images are only stored when you update screenshots - it'd be helpful to store the actual image (post text preservation, hiding elements, etc.) in a separate directory even when not updating visuals. E.g. you have a /base directory (in version control) and a temporary /actual directory.
