Build KB Once and Run Many Inputs

Currently the NLP Engine can run a subtree of directories and input files.
But it appears to reload the KB for every directory.

Enhancement is to load the KB only once when analyzing a subtree of directories and files.
(This also aligns with the original VisualText IDE on Windows.)

This has to be changed in the NLP Engine. It is totally doable.
