Summary

Format json.dumps containers with CPython-compatible default separators , and : .
Preserve existing scalar and string escaping through serde_json serialization.
Add exact dict, list, and nested-container regression assertions plus fixture-length coverage at 1815 bytes.

Test Plan

cargo fmt -- --check
cargo test builtins::json::tests
cargo test
Confirmed no container-engine commands were used
