Log Level DEBUG differences

When a nodeserver starts up in Debug log_level I do not see these messages, but if I change to Info, then back to Debug I see them?

Is there some specific steps to reproduce this?

My attempts so far have all resulted in the debug messages in the node class getting output to the log as expected. Maybe a change in a recent version fixed this?
