After this commit I had to change from uplt.Locator to uplt.constructor.Locator, to avoid a AttributeError: module 'ultraplot' has no attribute 'Locator' error. #489

After this commit I had to change from uplt.Locator to uplt.constructor.Locator, to avoid a AttributeError: module 'ultraplot' has no attribute 'Locator' error.
Is this the expected behaviour?
