Updates aiohttp and certifi in requirements.txt.

Evidence:

• requirements.txt pinned aiohttp 3.14.3 and certifi 2026.7.22
• pip-audit reported 8 aiohttp advisories (CVE-2026-111063, CVE-2026-111064, CVE-2026-111065, CVE-2026-111066, CVE-2026-111748, CVE-2026-111749, CVE-2026-111750, GHSA-2g87-pp6c-29x5) and PYSEC-2026-4320 for certifi before the update
• updated versions: aiohttp 3.14.4, certifi 2026.10.19

Validation:

• pip-audit no longer reports any aiohttp or certifi advisory after the update
• python3 -m venv && pip install -r requirements.txt succeeds and importing aiohttp and certifi works

Note: pip-audit still reports PYSEC-2026-1845 for the pytest 8.4.2 pin (fixed in 9.0.3). This patch only clears the aiohttp and certifi advisories.

Scope: dependency pin update in requirements.txt only.
