Remove the standalone issue #409 investigation report and its link now that the recovery fix has shipped. Trim duplicated persistence, discovery and identity implementation details from the visual contract;
docs/remote.mdremains the owner of that behavior, whileDESIGN.mdretains the visible recovery and Preview behavior.Validation:
git diff --cached --checkpassed; remaining local links in both edited documents resolve, and no repository references to the removed report remain. Documentation only; no runtime or test changes. Heavyweight checks use the CI documentation-only scope.
