On phones and narrow windows, chat settings crowd the message box. This moves access mode, Build/Plan, and context usage into an always-visible drawer attached below it. The model, reasoning effort, and Send button stay together above the drawer.
You can change access permissions, switch between Build and Plan, and open context details directly from the drawer. Buttons remain large enough to tap, and the latest message stays above the message box and drawer.
The updated layout test covers English and Simplified Chinese at two phone sizes. It checks that the controls stay in order, fit without overlapping, and have enough room to tap.
