feat!: parse datetime_created #474

it is cumbersome to always have to use datetime.fromisoformat when you are using the library.

note: this would be backwards incompatible

    step 1: Find things which use a date time string (which are easily testable)

    • Activity
    • Alert (this already uses datetime)
    • Refactor classroom.datetime
    • Comment
    • ForumTopic (?)
    • PartialProject (this requires extensive testing?)
    • Studio (make this a dataclass first)
    • User

    For these kinds of things we could include {attribute_name}_raw
