Combines immutable NAV8 main
0cb8ca40with native composition R21bf49535in12b39e01c15bd20c19554a34530acd9ebea6e4b7, tree03339ebaec7e446fff47362f801e4e1bab8c9dc8. Four hard conflicts retain both provenance and qualification contracts; two auto-merges were checked semantically. CLI identity was regenerated by the unchanged generator. Composition scope/meter source is unchanged from R2; NAV8 APIs and canonical Developer Kit files are preserved. The shared README retains the accepted NAV8 update.Actual qualification
All nine hosted product contexts passed on synthetic execution
dc30d467c46dc25e969481383f051b14787037ff, whose tree exactly equals the freeze: Native, Linux ARM64/x86_64. All seven local lanes passed, including full safety and Git-free Native reproduction of43 commands. Native781/Linux765/WASI677 functions; parameters325/325/288;51/50 sharing functions; all49 caps and126 restored identities preserved. Both original local storage-blocked attempts and their single unchanged-source replays are retained separately.Public compiler graphs exactly match the union of both parents. Nine DocC catalogs cover1,173 authored declarations. Independent exact-revision public consumer passed Debug/Release;29 proof functions/configuration,14 ordinary diagnostic rejections, both causal mutants and restored29-function pass.
