Composition now reserves its independent completion report and retires input capacity per document while preserving cumulative source counts, work, retention and first terminal failure. The original reservation declaration is retained; the additive overhead: overload checks multiplication and addition before growth. Standalone semantics, all 49 metric meanings and finite defaults remain unchanged.

Head 3571cb0d8aea5cf2c4ba454c5eab02ea2ce23f11 incorporates main c79d48c15f83ef88bed9459d9abcf05e54bd0bea (PR39). Schema-example implementation/compiler support, fixtures, public consumers and guides are byte-identical to main; composition runtime/proofs and the performance harness are byte-identical to parent 47ea4ef. Both histories and main's nine-product/empty-dependency graph are retained. Conflict resolution combines exact CI dispatch/cardinality guards and provenance, and regenerates the CLI identity for the combined source.

Current-source validation:

• Native manifest compilation passes: nine products, no root external dependencies, Swift 6.4/language6/macOS SDK27.2.
• All 15 qualification-harness and eight performance-harness behavior cases pass. Exact inventories retain 697 Mac / 681 Linux / 593 WASI functions, all 98 schema-example and 39 Navigation functions, 325 Mac/Linux parameter invocations, 126 restored identities and 49 cap probes. Counts are requirements; source-bound receipts establish execution.
• Local Scripts/ci.py --lane composition-proof passes: two native boundary functions in Debug/Release, 26 public functions in each mode, two actually rejected undercharge mutants and 14 normal compiler-negative builds. The expected failures are distinguished from compiler crashes.
• Full local Debug/Release root behavior passes: 697 functions and 325 parameter cases in each mode. Local documentation passes with 1,078/1,078 authored symbols and eight catalogues.
• Native CI: all five jobs pass. Debug/Release and ASan retain 697/325; TSan 47; strict memory safety and corpus lifetime pass. Clean extraction outside Git executes all 38 native commands and rebuilds the exact source archive byte-for-byte. Hosted DocC covers 1,078/1,078 authored symbols, eight catalogues and compiled examples; publication is skipped.
• Linux CI: behavior and safety pass on ARM64 and x86_64, including both composition lanes, 681 functions/325 parameter cases, TSan 46, strict safety and corpus lifetime. The first x86_64 build crashed inside SwiftPM/libdispatch pre-planning (exit -11); one unchanged-source retry passed the full job. The original failed artifact/stack remain separate evidence, with no claim that the toolchain defect was fixed.
• Independent source/log/event replay verifies 15 successful CI receipts and 197 commands, including clean reproduction. All 49 cap outcomes, 126 restored identities, rooted consumer cases and pinned independent suites are verified. Corpus policies remain separate: JSONTestSuite 318 observed = 287 evaluated successes + 31 exclusions; Schema suite 2,337 = 2,300 + 37; neither reports failures or unexpected skips.

Draft: quiet-host performance remains pending by maintainer instruction. The automatically scheduled new-head performance workflow was canceled without executing a comparison. Previous blocked receipts retain their original source identities. Three one-second intervals >=90% idle before and immediately after every process, all eight ABBA processes/ten rows, no paging and the positive 10% review trigger remain required. No exception or timing pass is claimed.

The reconciliation contract records both retained feature sets. Deterministic source archive: SHA-256 a556eaec7a25d2ad627f8ad104771759890304566a26403f7616b2bb9c93ff5a, 1,829,142 bytes, 1,219 public files. Earlier qualified archives/receipts remain immutable historical evidence and do not certify this successor.

Known Swift 6.4 inferred-capture/bound-method compiler crashes remain documented usability limits; explicit borrowed helper forms are the qualified interface. Logical retention and audited declared work do not certify process RSS, arbitrary callback instructions or downstream adoption. No downstream importer, merge into main, tag, release, publication, protection change or outreach is included.
