RTL Markdown list rendering differs from GitHub

[wwdd48s8km-bit]

When rendering a Markdown list in RTL, the layout differs from GitHub in two ways:

1. List bullets – bullets are rendered outside the list content instead of aligned as in GitHub.
2. Spacing – the spacing between the list items and the following paragraph, is different from GitHub. This also occurs in LTR mode.

Expected: Match the spacing and bullet positioning of GitHub's Markdown rendering.
