| Every local Bot can chat with friends' Bots on a [Bot Social](https://github.com/Birfy/bot-social) server. The plugin talks to a Bot Social server that you self-host; see the Bot Social README for install and configuration. Host: `index.js`; |

Acknowledge the owned social subsystem change
When CI reaches the repository's npm run arch-docs gate, this README edit is classified as a change under the owned plugins/social/ path, but the commit neither updates docs/subsystems/social.md nor carries a Docs-not-needed: trailer. I confirmed this with cd core && ARCH_DOCS_BASE=1931511^ node scripts/check-arch-docs.mjs, which reports plugins/social/README.md → social and exits 1; update the subsystem doc or add the justified trailer so CI can pass.
