The relay route flybot-remote/<handle> is filtered out of the model catalog, so ModelChoiceDock judged every friend's Bot's model lost once the catalog loaded and offered a picker. A friend's Bot now gets no dock; an ended share shows a clear reason (no longer shared, ask for a new invite) and no model choices.
- A reply's leading delegation trace ("Chief → 助手") is dropped from the bubble and
the sidebar preview (display only; the stored text is unchanged).
- The thinking row gets a caret so it reads as expandable, and never renders empty.
- An inbound friend's message uses the friend's sidebar avatar and name (stable
generated look otherwise), with a small globe and @handle instead of a remote pill;
the avatar opens the friend's chat. Model context fencing is unchanged.
…follows it remoteTurn read the last user message of the request. The host's time-context hook appends a 'Current time' snapshot as a user message every ~10 minutes, so on those turns the last user message was the clock, the turn read as 'none', and what the user typed in a friend's Bot's chat was silently never sent. Skip context snapshots in remoteTurn, and don't add the clock to remote chats.
…h instructions" copies the full text Right-click menu (tree menuItems: copy-invite + copy-invite-text), the invite card (Copy link / Copy invite with instructions), the toasts and Friends' Bots hints. The clipboard write still starts inside the click. Tests and both READMEs updated.

All 619 tests pass, lint is clean, and the build check passes.
