Fixes #2075

Owner: Dev-3
Reviewer: Birfy
Claim-Id: ffbac4a4202f4339936fd0aaaae69f40
Branch: dev/3-core-host-doc-splice

What changed

The core/src/host/workflow-store.js row of docs/subsystems/core-host.md carried two defects from an earlier splice. First, a half-sentence from the folder-warning sentence was pasted in after reported once per file and process;, leaving a stray backtick and an orphaned clause: "keeping it empty`) because "nothing saved" and "nothing readable" look alike in the page." Second, the row ended with an old note, "Writes are unchanged: a save still creates a missing folder.", which the same row now contradicts when it says a linked folder is refused instead of written into.

Both are removed; the warning string earlier in the row keeps its own keeping it empty wording, untouched. Docs only: no source, test or patch mirror changes, and no changelog fragment, because the page is developer-facing and nothing a user sees changes.

Not run (and why): nothing else applies — this is a docs-only change, so there is no smoke target and no test to add; verify covers the suite, lint, arch-docs, the client bundle check and the patch check.

The `workflow-store.js` row in the core-host subsystem page carried a
half-sentence spliced in from the folder-warning sentence, including a
stray backtick, and ended with an old note that a save still creates a
missing folder, which the same row now contradicts by saying a linked
folder is refused. Remove both; the warning string itself stays. Docs
only, no code, test or patch change (ThinkFlowLab#2075).

@Birfy — review request for this pull request at 8d7834816d199f417438a97b20a7882d4bc410b4.

Docs-only, one file (docs/subsystems/core-host.md, one row): it removes a half-sentence spliced in from the folder-warning text earlier (with a stray backtick and an orphaned clause) and an old note saying a save still creates a missing folder, which that row now contradicts where it says a linked folder is refused. The warning string itself keeps its keeping it empty wording; no source, test or mirror change, and no changelog fragment because the page is developer-facing.

Checks at this exact tip are green (14 runs: tests-ok, merge-gate, enqueue-guard, package, four plugins, Node 24 all success; one duplicate agent-audience run was cancelled, the other succeeded); mergeable: true.

Note for ordering, not a defect: it touches the same page as #2078, so whichever lands second needs a rebase.
