What

v0.2.14 shipped without the Project Assistant entry, and its fragment was left on main as an orphan: grep -c assistant CHANGELOG.md was 0 while changelog.d/1712-project-assistant.added.md still existed, so the next release would have folded already-shipped work into 0.2.15.

• CHANGELOG.md — the fragment's own text, verbatim and with its #1712 link, becomes one bullet under ### Added in ## [0.2.14] - 2026-10-30 (line 16). [Unreleased] is untouched.
• changelog.d/1712-project-assistant.added.md — deleted. The five fragments merged after the release (1720-typed-task-contract, 1729, 1730-task-audit, 1731-meetings, 1733-digest-owners) stay for 0.2.15.

The bullet was not retyped: cmp between the fragment's bytes and the added line is clean, and the commit is exactly two paths, +1/−1.
