Face rooms: a plain line should be answered by the Bot(s) it is for, not by every Bot (follow-up to #295) #299

Description

@Birfy

Follow-up to #295 (merged, main 1516d0e). Danyang's feedback: in a face-to-face room with 5 Bots, "Friend's Chief 你可以看到所有的上下文吗" then "那你说说群里都聊了啥" made data-analyst, frontend and Friend's Chief each summarise the same thing. "Bots should auto-recognise intent and decide who should answer, not everybody answers once."

Rule

For a plain line (no @name/label/handle; the owner's own or a friend's attested one) in a face room:

  • @Name / label / handle still targets exactly that Bot; @all is unchanged (everyone, not routed).
  • The single sequential round stays (admin first, room order, cap 6, replies' own @s start nothing, later Bots see earlier replies), but each Bot's prompt now says it must [PASS] (silent: nothing posted, logged or shown) unless the line is for it (named by role/name, fits its role and nobody answered, or it adds something new). A line to everyone ("你们/大家/introduce yourselves") may get one answer from each.
  • A follow-up right after one Bot answered ("那你刚才说的…") asks the Bot that spoke last first and names it in the prompt.
  • If every Bot passes on the owner's own line, the first Bot (admin, else room order) answers with no pass option, so the user is never ignored. A friend's attested line is not forced (their own home answers); a follow-up to a friend's Bot is not forced locally.
  • No Bot Social change needed. Approval/Auto-send unchanged.
