fix(workflow): stage event lines truncate mid-hash / mid-title with no wrap or tooltip #1470

Problem

LIVE prod Workflow stage event/chat lines truncate mid-string (~80 chars) without wrap or tooltip:

• commit tip lines cut mid-hash / mid-「（」
• 「开始 · #…」 chips cut mid-title
• Makes the feed look cramped and loses the issue/PR id context

Not the composer draft bugs (#1451 / #1455). This is display truncation of already-written event lines.

Expected

Wrap to multiple lines, or ellipsis with full text on hover/title.
