Remove Workflow demo/replay buttons — real runs only #1442

Ask

Remove all Workflow demo / replay entry points from the product UI. Every run must be a real graph-ordered Bot-gated run (ephemeral Bots, edge order). No canned narrate, no workflow/demo-step driven progress from the UI.

Likely surfaces (verify in code)

• plugins/workflow/client.js: Replay demo / Run demo / 演示运行 / 重放演示 buttons; client setInterval / onNext calling workflow/demo-step.
  i18n keys for those labels.
• Any Settings / sidebar / stage header that starts a demo pack instead of a live assign/run.

Done when

1. No user-visible control starts a demo or replay.
2. Live runs still start only via real assign / run paths (task → workflow, etc.).
3. Server may keep workflow/demo-step for tests if needed, but UI must not call it; prefer deleting dead demo UI + timers entirely.
4. Update docs/subsystems/workflow.md + changelog fragment; tests green.
5. Separate PR from Settings → Workflow graphs: canvas-first with inspector #1440 (UI canvas); base main.
