Group task board keeps hundreds of accepted cards; snapshot stays noisy after work is done #1252

Observed (prod tip 7fdb8082, 交付组 on u-682b8a)
state.tasks for the home that owns 交付组:
- 191 tasks total

accepted@progress: 100still sit in the pool (including finished PR/enqueue work). The overall card staysworkingforever.
#1204 injects an open-board snapshot into group turns / task-drive wakes. If "open" still includes a flood of accepted children (or the UI/list defaults to showing them), the board is not a lean progress channel — it is an archive glued to the active view.
Desired
- Default room/board lists and the Budget group-turn context and drive work from the board #1204 snapshot omit terminal statuses (
accepted/ done / cancelled), or move them to an explicit Archive filter. - When a child hits terminal + progress 100 (or its PR merges), auto-complete/archive it; when no open children remain, allow the overall card to complete or idle instead of perpetual
working. - Optional: cap how many historical accepted cards stay in
state.tasksfor a room (GC), so homes do not grow without bound.
Acceptance
- Tests: list/snapshot for a room with many
acceptedchildren returns only active work by default. - Completing the last child can clear or idle the overall card.
- Related: Board-driven continuous execution: assign/claim/progress/handoff via track_tasks #1205 (closed), A pull queue: the lead enqueues work, an idle member of the role claims it #1247 (pull queue — complementary, does not replace archive).
Evidence
Live state.tasks on u-682b8a 2026-10-26 (~14:15 Asia/Shanghai); room notice already says progress lives on the board.
