Group rooms mount 51 MCP tools nobody uses there: decide the per-room tool set (~17.3k tokens/call) (#796) #1234
Description
待拍的产品决定（Chief 2026-10-26：这是产品决定，不是调参）。拍板前保持 needs-human；决定写成一张评论，Owner: 由 Chief 点。
数字（#796，1,692 次真实请求）
每次调用都带 113 个工具，其中房间里用不到的 51 个：github MCP 43 个 / 47,413 字符、composio 4 个 / 14,377、schedule 4 个 / 5,978 —— 合计 67,768 字符 ≈ 17.3k tokens/次，按 13,136 次/天折算 ≈227M/天（-11.6%）。
要定的问题（一条）
群房间的 Session 该挂哪些工具？
- (a) 只挂内置工具，github / composio / schedule 三个 MCP 都不挂（-17.3k/次）；
- (b) 只摘 github MCP（最大的一块，-12.1k/次）；
- (c) 保留现状，另做「按需在群里开一次」的机制。
每条都要连着代价写：群里当场查 PR / 排期就没了，得回各自 chat；#977 / #979 这种要在群里当场读状态的工作会慢一拍。
为什么不是配置项
MCP 是宿主级挂载：core/src/host/connectors.js:369 在宿主 ctx 上 ctx.plugin(...)（MCP_CLIENT 见 :27），没有「按 Session / 房间过滤工具」的开关。所以 (a)/(b) 要么等 DSH 侧能力，要么本仓新增按房间过滤——两条都得先有这个决定。
拍板后的验收（转 agent-ready 的条件）
- 同一回合 ablate 前后：
request/header字符 115,020 → ~47,300（-59%），单次 prompt 少 ≈17.3k； - 群里仍能完成一次普通协作（发言、看板读写），缺的工具在报错里点名而不是静默消失；
- 刀：撤掉过滤，字符数回到 115,020。

Owner 决定：走「只读裁剪白名单」的第一步 —— 群房间只挂 github MCP 的读工具，写工具不挂；composio 与 schedule 本轮不动（用户 2026-10-29 拍板「全按建议走」）。
范围：
core/src/host/connectors.js:369目前是宿主级挂载（MCP_CLIENT 见 :27），本仓新增最小可用的按房间过滤：群房间的 Session 只暴露 github MCP 的只读子集（list_* / get_* / search_），写工具（_write / *_create / *_merge / *_update / *_delete / _push）在群房间不挂。不做：不动 composio 与 schedule、不碰 DSH（硬规则 1）。
验收：单测断言群房间工具集里没有写工具、有读工具、非群房间不变；群里调一个被裁掉的写工具时报错点名该工具缺失（不静默消失）；撤掉过滤后工具数与现状一致。
