Inbox Needs-you cards truncate so the body cannot be read in place #1177

Symptom

Owner screenshot 2026-10-25 Asia/Shanghai (Inbox 你的 Bot → 需要你 14):

Needs-you cards show title + a short preview, then the body is cut off mid-sentence (e.g. ends with PR #1171 ( / base64url 格式的 / ScheduleService 刚). Owner must leave the list to read the full ask; in-place answer field is present but the ask itself is incomplete.

Related owner ask: Inbox should support direct in-place approval / answering without navigating away.

Expected

Card body is fully readable in the Inbox (expand, scroll inside the card, or show full text) so the owner can answer without leaving.
