Bumps VERSION, the in-app version string, versioninfo.rc, and the installer.wxs doc example from 1.50 to 1.51, and adds the Changelog entry for the two features merged this cycle (Explorer right-click integration, version display + manual update checker).

Bumps version to 1.51 and adds the Changelog entry for the two features already merged this cycle (context menu, update checker). Merging this (which changes VERSION on main) is what triggers the automated release build.
