…PR template - SECURITY.md points to GitHub's private vulnerability reporting (enabled on the repo) as the primary disclosure channel. - CONTRIBUTING.md documents the testing->main branch workflow and the build/round-trip-testing expectations for changes to the crypto code. - CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md uses the standard Contributor Covenant v2.1 text. - .github/PULL_REQUEST_TEMPLATE.md adds the same round-trip test checklist we've been using manually for crypto-affecting PRs.
