Split the SDK and documentation changes into separate commits
This SDK package metadata change is committed together with the README and security-policy documentation changes, despite the repository requiring SDK and documentation changes to be kept in separate commits. Split the licensing changes for the SDK/CLI from the README and SECURITY.md changes.

Code and the OpenAPI spec stay under MIT. The README now says which paths each license covers and excludes the Terminal49 marks and third-party material. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

| - **Code and the API spec: [MIT](LICENSE).** This covers everything outside `docs/`, including the SDK, CLI, MCP server, gateway, and tooling, plus the OpenAPI spec at [`docs/openapi.json`](docs/openapi.json) and the Postman collection generated from it. |

Align the published SDK docs with the MIT declaration
When SDK users consult the published documentation, docs/sdk/introduction.mdx:35 still says that the npm package does not declare an open-source license and that its use is governed by the Terms of Service. That statement was accurate before this change, but now conflicts with both this MIT declaration and the new package-level LICENSE; update the SDK introduction so the canonical user-facing surfaces describe the same licensing terms.
