This is something that I noticed OTIS is lacking, several people have addressed me about losing passwords. Just another thing to be addressed.

If you click on the help tab on the login page, there is a way to get it back.

In recent attempts to use the username recovery portion of the recovery page I have been experiencing errors, mostly this name is not on our records.
