Subquery doesn't work in leftJoin clause with auto indexing

Thanks for the report @Uziniii - it looks like there is a bug as this should work.

This appears to be an issue with the lazy loading of indexed collections in a join.

Two things to note, if you change the leftJoin to an innerJoin or rightJoin it works, as does settings autoIndex: 'off' on both source collection.

I suspect the logic around marking a joined collection as lazy is not working when there is a sub query rather than collection.
