Summary

Commits composer.lock so CI and contributors install the same verified dependency set.

  • Lock: freshly resolved with composer update (103 packages); SymPress dependencies are at their newest tags (sympress/coding-standards v1.1.1, sympress/kernel v1.1.13, sympress/qa v0.1.3), Symfony v8.1.9.
  • .gitignore: drops the composer.lock entry so the lock is tracked.
  • No nested fixture projects with their own Composer install exist in this repository.

Type of Change

  • Maintenance

Verification

From an empty vendor/ inside DDEV (PHP 8.5.9, Composer 2.10.3):

  • composer install from the lock, composer validate --strict --no-check-publish, composer audit --locked (no advisories), composer qa green.
  • examples/site is a documented manifest, not an installed fixture: tools/smoke-examples.py copies it into a temporary project and installs it fresh against this checkout, so it gets no lock.

Notes

  • No consumer impact: library locks are not used by dependents, so no release is needed.
