Conversation textarea should auto-expand

The conversation textarea should auto-expand when a lot of text is being input into it, so that an agent or user doesn't have to scroll within the textarea to see all of the inputted text.

Have a look at simple auto-grow... I have used that in a few projects before... Unless of course, that is the same library from P2,lol
