Dear MiNA team,
I would like to ask whether it would be possible to add all parameters of the Ridge Detection to your GUI that you can adjust in the Ridge Detection plugin itself.
Currently, in the MiNA GUI you can only adjust Line width, Igh Contrast, Low Contrast, Minimum Length. However, the parameters that are missing (Sigma, Lower Threshold, Upper Threshold, Maximum Length) are crucial for a precise segmentation/characterisation of my mitochondria networks.
That would be absolutely fantastic!
