I try to use MiNA in a ImageJ macro in order to analyse mutiple cells. For the moment I am stuck using a "WaitForUser" to allow me to click on the MiNA "ok" Button and then my macro saves the results in a appropriate way. But it would be very useful if it was possible to run MiNA using commands instead of the interface so that I don't need to stay in front while the code is running. I tried to directly call the python script but it is using parameters provided by the Java code used for the interface thus it failed to run correctly. I also tried to simulate the pressing on the "ok" button but I did not manage to do it. I saw a previous Issue where the Mina V1 macro was provided but it is an old version that is not up to date. Hence, I am running out of ideas to solve that...
