v23.2.0 follow-up: responsive QA and release verification

Track post-release verification after the Practice & Therapy workspace integration.

• Run npm run lint and confirm TypeScript passes.
• Run npm run build and confirm production build passes.
• Verify Practice workspace at mobile/small desktop/tablet/wide desktop breakpoints.
• Verify all four language packages and App Store/in-app changelog entries.
• Confirm Instructions.md compliance before the next store release.

Current blocker resolved in src/components/TherapyPracticeModule.tsx: malformed as const map expression fixed on main. Full CI verification still required.
