Any specific context that this tutorial should apply to? Or just in general "This is how one would go about giving settings to browser sources/HTML documents"?

I think I was mainly thinking of the commonly used case of someone passing some %variables% from Streamer.bot to an OBS browser source, utilizing URL search params as the method of transfer.
E.g. A OBS browser source for a follow alert is popped up on screen, with the username being passed in via query params.

Ah, so a browser source whose URL is changed using StreamerBot to include different URL parameters.
