Model.tspan and result.tspan are not the same length

model.tspan.shape and result.tspan.shape are not supposed to be the length.

• model.tspan is the list of time values used in the simulation with diff == model.timestep_size
• result.tspan is the list of time values used in the vtk output files with diff == model.output_freq

Tasks

Fix timespan data structures

• model.tspan = result.tspan -> float array
• model.output_steps should be an array of output ints

Fix Output Files

• remove system->output_freq
• C++ function for get next output (should take system as arg)
  • use static unsigned int index
  • output steps should be a const vector of ints
• refactor output.c to use static int output_index = 0; and output_index++

Cleanup internal result functions

• plotting functions should only reference result.tspan
• getter functions should only reference result.tspan
