As mentioned in #42, we should identify, deprecate and remove actions for services that no longer exist. As an example, `cf` was renamed `cloudformation`.

Do we plan to simply remove it and update readme + changelog?
Or do we plan to make those actions dummy actions which do something like

I prefer the second option. Would you recommend also updating the readme and change log?
Then sometime later, we can get rid of the dummy actions.
