Claude Code reads AGENTS.md natively now, so one file covers every harness rather than one per vendor. This makes AGENTS.md the real file and leaves CLAUDE.md as a symlink to it, same as unified-cloud-api.

git diff -M50% --find-copies-harderreports C100, so the file is byte identical, GitHub just renders it as an add plus a delete.CLAUDE.md stays rather than being deleted because
stackone agent syncwrites to that path and would create a second real file if nothing was there, which is how the two drifted apart last time.
