Release 2.1.2b8: the last 2.1.2 beta, built on the released library. The maintainer will test b8 before 2.1.2 final.

Changes

• Version 2.1.2b8 in manifest.json, pyproject.toml and uv.lock.
• Library pins, in manifest.json, pyproject.toml, requirements_test.txt and uv.lock:
  • span-panel-api==3.6.2 (was 3.6.1b1)
  • span-panel-api-schema-0==1.2.0 (unchanged)
  • span-panel-api-schema-1==1.2.2 (was 1.2.1b1)
• Fix from span-panel-api 3.6.2: after a broker reconnect, the library now waits for the panel's circuit names and feed links before handing out a snapshot, as it already did when first connecting. Before, a solar circuit could read as a load for one update, flipping its power and Net Energy sign, and the integration reloaded on that transient change.
• CHANGELOG: one sentence under 2.1.2 → Fixed: "A broker reconnect no longer makes a solar circuit read as a load for a moment or reloads the integration."
• Bundled card: SPAN Panel card 0.9.5, already on main and unchanged here.

Checks

• 2067 tests pass against span-panel-api 3.6.2 and the schema packages 1.2.0 / 1.2.2.
• mypy (strict), ruff check and ruff format are clean.
• Every pre-commit hook passes across all files.

A code review of all 2.1.2 changes found one blocking item for the integration: it still pinned the beta library and carried a beta version. This PR resolves that.
