No mention of pkg_resources in README

When running a SolidPython project after installing it gives this error (assuming you have the latest version of setuptools):

ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'pkg_resources'

It would be nice to have some sort of mention of it on the README and possibly some explanation of how to fix it.

All the energy and improvements in this project are going into SolidPython V2.

solid2 seems to be fine:

>>> import setuptools
>>> setuptools.__version__
'82.0.1'
>>> from solid2 import cube
>>> cube()
cube();

This was fixed in 921280e (#215). If you want a more targeted fix, only the changes to solid/solidpython.py from that commit are necessary.

Since the work has already been done, what can we do to encourage cutting v1.1.4 release that's just the changes already on master?
