ClimaxTechnology Power Meter | power unit divisor

Hi,
the power switch with meter mfr = "ClimaxTechnology", model = "PSM_00.00.00.35TC" have a wrong divisor key.

It display 800 mW (milliwatts) instead of 800 W (watts), so its incorrect by a factor of 1000.

Hi, this driver correctly read the multiplier and divisor from the device itself. I think that is the correct way instead of a fixed parameter.
