Create import script from omi

There's an export to json function in omi. Ideally we would import into our DB and process

Full Export (Interactive Mode):

The interactive mode will prompt you for:
- API key (get it from OMI app → Settings → Developer Settings → Developer API)
- What to export: conversations, memories, or both
- Date range (for conversations)
- Category filters (for memories, optional)
- Auto-detects your timezone
That's it! No file editing needed. Exports go to the export/ folder.
