API endpoint to stop / start listening

Sometimes things will happen where we want to pause the listening of the stream, for example, when I'm playing back audio I previously recorded, or if I'm playing spotify or watching TV, or playing a video game. It would be useful to be able to tell the service to ignore the stream until that was over.

We could then hook it into home assistant for example, and have automations to disable when my TV is playing
