The public fee-history flow needs a check that distinguishes actual gas weighting from transaction counts and gas limits. Add
--fee-history-rewardsto the existing lifecycle script: three genuinely signed transactions share one block, including failed INVALID execution and a fee-capped tip. The test verifies literal gas consumption, the weighted median, effective prices, charged balances, failed-value rollback, read-only queries and a persistent node reopen.CI reuses its existing node build and SDK installation. The RPC guide identifies v0.27.7 as the verified public binary and documents the single command and tested scope.
Validation: the new mode passed against the public v0.27.7 macOS binary with shell-sdk@0.14.0-rc.2. Receipts report statuses 1/0/1 and gas 21000/100000/21000. The weighted median is 900000000 wei per gas; transaction-count and gas-limit weighting would produce different results. JavaScript, affected CI shell syntax, manual command and Markdown checks passed. Required hosted checks remain pending.
Scope is ML-DSA-65, the existing creation profile, full storage and fee accounting enabled in an isolated fixture. Other algorithm, activation, pruning and independent-import combinations remain separate. There is no node runtime change or new binary release.
