Add the ability to create shortcuts to specific Projects' targets

It would be great to have an option to "favorite" certain targets.

These are suggestions on how this could implemented from a user point of view.

For each favorite target:

• Add a toolbar group with one button
• Add an entry in the keyboard shortcuts of VS
• Add a menu item to context menu of the solution and/or project
