[Feature]: Reduce the oversized download button

Problem

The download button is visually oversized and carries too much weight relative to the surrounding release and update UI.

Proposed direction

Reduce the button footprint and visual emphasis while preserving a clear affordance, keyboard focus, contrast, and the existing download action. Match the surrounding design system and check the control at normal and narrow desktop window sizes.

Acceptance criteria

• The download action remains obvious and accessible.
• Button height, horizontal padding, and typography feel proportionate to neighboring controls.
• Hover, pressed, disabled, loading, and keyboard-focus states remain correct.
• Download behavior and the release/update flow do not change.
• The final appearance is verified in the relevant release or update surface.
