Project consolidation

Current project contains multiple states of implementation spread across different branches and repositories, which makes usage and onboarding difficult.
Before continuing development, we should clean up and set up the project:

Clean and set up repository

• Define branching model (naming conventions and branching flow)
• Remove stale or outdated branches

Streamline basic building blocks

• Add initial version of DSL support #94
• Implementation on CPU and memory-based layout for tensor ops execution
• I/O modules for reading model weights from files (GGUF)

Development support

• GitHub Actions for building
