Current implementation (0.6.3) has a "duplicated" implementation code of downloader for every supported platform. The main difference is creation of http client. Since we are using ktor which is KMP project, the implementation of downloader should be simpler

    Closing as implemented. MNIST downloader was refactored into per-platform MNISTLoaderFactory.<platform>.kt over a Ktor HTTP client.
